We were delighted to sing in public, for the first time in two years, at the York Community Choir Festival. Each year the Joseph Rowntree Theatre hosts a week of choir singing and we were proud to take part again. The chorus sang a set from our repertoire, with songs including Sloop John B, Tonight and The Longest Time. Our next live concert will be at Heslington Church in York on April 9th. Meanwhile rehearsals are mainly focused on our preparations for the annual British Association of Barbershop Singers (BABS) Convention at the Harrogate International Centre on April 30th.
